A simple, four-step process. Get started below!

STEP 1 | The Idea

3 Months Prior to Event | This is the "idea" step. Answer a few questions so we can learn WHAT your event is, WHO it is for, and WHY this event is important! Submit for approval from Pastor Chris & Jennifer. 

STEP 2 | The details

2 Months Prior to Event | This step asks detailed questions so your event can be as successful as possible! Take your time, read through the questions thoroughly, and submit for approval from Pastor Chris/Jennifer. 

step 3 | The meetings

2 Months Prior to Event | So you've got the idea, nailed down the details... Now it's time to set up your meetings (if needed)! For church-wide events, please set up a Creative Team Meeting and a Service/Event Flow Meeting. 

step 4 | the evaluation

1-2 Weeks After Event | That's a wrap! Take a few minutes to reflect/evaluate how your event went. We'll use these details for future ideas!
